• Base size: 25 x 25mm/35 x 35mm/40 x 40mm/45 x 45mm/50 x 50mm all are standard
• Diameter: 1.70mm for 25 x 25mm base; 2.67mm and 3.00mm for both 35mm or 50mm base are standard. Other sizes available by special order only.
• Length: 20mm to 150 mm are standard. Other lengths available by special order.
• Material:1.70mm pin is aluminum; 2.67mm and 3.00mm pin are low carbon steel. Also available by special order in all stainless steel or all aluminum
• Plating: galvanized costing is standard. yellow, white and blue gal are available
• Washers: self-locking washers are available in a variety of sizes, shapes and materials
• Recommended assembly method:
  • Operation at ambient temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius
  • Work surfaces should be clean and dry, free of dust, grease, oil and any other loose matter
  • Remove the protective release paper taking care not to touch the adhesive
  • Place the hanger in the required position and press the base against the surface to be insulated
  • Insulation can be impaled immediately and firmly locked with fastening clips but maximum strength of adherence is achieved after 24 hours
